管(guan)道(dao)(dao)離心泵(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)的(de)安(an)裝(zhuang)技術關鍵(jian)在(zai)于(yu)確定水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)泵(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)安(an)裝(zhuang)高(gao)度(du)(du)(du)(即吸(xi)(xi)程)。這(zhe)個高(gao)度(du)(du)(du)是(shi)(shi)指水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)源水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)面到水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)泵(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)葉輪中心線的(de)垂直距(ju)離,它與允許吸(xi)(xi)上(shang)(shang)真空(kong)高(gao)度(du)(du)(du)不(bu)能(neng)混為(wei)一(yi)談,水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)泵(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)產(chan)品說明書或銘牌上(shang)(shang)標示(shi)的(de)允許吸(xi)(xi)上(shang)(shang)真空(kong)高(gao)度(du)(du)(du)是(shi)(shi)指水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)泵(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)進(jin)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)口(kou)斷(duan)面上(shang)(shang)的(de)真空(kong)值,而且是(shi)(shi)在(zai)1標準(zhun)大氣壓下、水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)溫20攝(she)氏度(du)(du)(du)情況下,進(jin)行試(shi)驗而測(ce)定得(de)的(de)。它并沒有考慮吸(xi)(xi)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)管(guan)道(dao)(dao)配套(tao)以后的(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)流狀況。而水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)泵(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)安(an)裝(zhuang)高(gao)度(du)(du)(du)應該是(shi)(shi)允許吸(xi)(xi)上(shang)(shang)真空(kong)高(gao)度(du)(du)(du)扣除了吸(xi)(xi)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)管(guan)道(dao)(dao)損失(shi)揚程以后,所剩(sheng)下的(de)那部分(fen)數值,它要(yao)克(ke)服實際(ji)地形吸(xi)(xi)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)高(gao)度(du)(du)(du)。水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)泵(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)安(an)裝(zhuang)高(gao)度(du)(du)(du)不(bu)能(neng)超過計算(suan)值,否則,水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)泵(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)將會(hui)抽不(bu)上(shang)(shang)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)來。另外,影(ying)響計算(suan)值的(de)大小(xiao)是(shi)(shi)吸(xi)(xi)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)管(guan)道(dao)(dao)的(de)阻力損失(shi)揚程,因此,宜采用zui短的(de)管(guan)路布置,并盡量少裝(zhuang)彎(wan)頭等配件(jian),也可考慮適當配大一(yi)些口(kou)徑的(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)管(guan),以減(jian)管(guan)內流速(su)。
